Fast - Fast production time means it can take up to 10-15 working days before we ship your order.

Longer - Longer production time means it can take up to 25-30 working days before we ship your order.

If you buy me in silver, I can withstand both water and sweat without any problems. If I get dirty or have a darker surface, feel free to use a polishing cloth to restore my shine.

If you buy me in gold plating, be careful that I can be worn because I am made of brass with a thick layer of 18 karat gold. Over time, the gold layer can wear away, but I will not discolor! For best durability, avoid contact with moisture and store me in a dry place.

All jewelry is handmade with love by Lotta and therefore ALL jewelry is unique, this means that we cannot promise that all copies of an item will look exactly the same. If perfection is your thing, we recommend buying from one of our competitors.

Domestic:

Do you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry? From the time you receive your order, we offer a 14-day right of return.*

Returns can be made for a return fee of SEK 100. The return fee covers the return's shipping, handling and administrative costs. We always have free returns in store, but please note that you must have applied for a return on our website before you come to our store.

We do not accept returns that have not been received via the website/returbo.

If you do not collect your package from the agent and the package is sent back to us, we will charge a fee of SEK 150. This is for shipping, handling and administrative costs.

Foreign:

If you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry, we offer a 7-day right of return outside Sweden from the date you receive your order.

To make a return outside of Sweden, contact jewelry@l8hasselblad and name the title "Return from abroad".

Please note : L8Hasselblad does not cover any return costs from abroad and all purchases outside the EU must exceed SEK 3000. If you make a return and the order is less than SEK 3000, we will charge a fee that varies.

Custom made:

All jewelry marked as custom-made cannot be returned. Custom-made jewelry refers to jewelry in 18k gold, with diamonds or orders that include modifications to an original piece of jewelry.

If you choose to stamp/engrave or put letters/characters/numbers on a piece of jewelry, there is no right of return. This is because we cannot list the jewelry for sale on our website.

Changes

Have you ordered a piece of jewelry that you want to exchange for another or a new size? Then request a return so that we can refund your money. Then place a new order with your long-awaited piece of jewelry!

Have you ordered a piece of jewelry and WE have sent the wrong product/size? Then we will of course solve it. Then apply for a complaint and we will send you a free shipping label. We will then send you the correct piece of jewelry that you ordered.
