Delivery times & orders
Our delivery times vary from piece to piece. This is because some jewelry pieces have already been created by Lotta, while others must be newly created by Lotta from scratch.
During peak season (November, December, May, and June) we extend our delivery times. That is, the delivery times below DO NOT apply during peak season.
We mark each jewelry piece's delivery time as FAST or LONGER. This delivery time corresponds to the manufacturing time BEFORE we hand over your package to the post. After that, the post takes over the shipping time for your beloved jewelry.
FAST: It takes up to 15 working days before we hand your order to the post. It takes about 3-5 working days for the post to deliver your package after that.
LONGER: It takes up to 25-30 working days before we hand your order to the post. It takes about 3-5 working days for the post to deliver your package after that.
In November, December, May, and June, our manufacturing time is longer than usual. This is due to high demand for our web orders and the number of visitors in our store.
During peak season, delivery times are therefore changed to the following:
FAST: It takes up to 20 working days before we hand your order over to the post. It takes about 3-5 working days for the post to deliver your package after that.
LONGER: It takes up to 35 working days before we hand your order over to the post. It takes about 3-5 working days for the post to deliver your package after that.
You can choose to pick up your order in our store when you place an order on our website. Our store is located at Friggavägen 18 in Lidingö Centrum.
We also have a pop-up in the store depart.a.mental in Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. You can also pick up your jewelry there!
It takes up to 15 (fast) or 30 (slow) working days for Lotta to create your jewelry, followed by Posten's 3-5 delivery days.
As soon as Lotta has finished your jewelry, we will send it! Once we have handed the package to Postnord, you will be able to track the order using the UJ number in the order confirmation.
Parcel letters & REK are trackable via the customer portal, postnord.se and in the PostNord app.
We use PostNord Varubrev or PostNord Rek to send our packages. From the time we hand over your package to PostNord, it takes about 3-5 business days for PostNord to deliver your package. Track your order in the PostNord app or click on your tracking number in your order confirmation.

Sometimes the order confirmation does not always reach the customer, and this can be due to various reasons.
One of the most common reasons is that you have not returned to the website after signing with Bank-ID. So always remember to go back to see if the purchase went through!
Sometimes the order confirmation ends up in the spam folder, so make sure to double-check there!
If none of this works, it may be because you accidentally misspelled the email address. Email smycken@l8hasselblad with the date and product for your order and we will resolve it!
We deliver worldwide!
The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs fees.
If the package is not picked up and is returned to us in Sweden, we do not cover any costs.

Questions about your jewelry
Do you have a hoop earring that won't close? This is because silver and gold-plated are soft and adjustable materials, unlike, for example, steel.
To ensure the earring clicks shut, gently press up the "post" you pass through the ear with your finger. The earring MUST click for it to be fully closed.

Gold double is jewelry made of brass with an 18 karat gold layer on it.

All metals contain nickel, some more than others. If you are very allergic to nickel, we recommend buying jewelry made of plastic.
Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, the best silver you can wear if you are sensitive to nickel. If you know you have worn silver jewelry before without problems, ours should work for you too. If you have reacted when using silver before, we recommend you wear plastic.

Since Lotta creates all the jewelry by hand, nothing can be identical. Everything looks different!
If you have ordered a piece of jewelry from us before and want another one that is as similar as possible, email us at smycken@l8hasselblad.se with a picture of the jewelry and your order number immediately after placing your order.

We receive many questions about custom orders. Of course, it is possible, but it costs. Creating a piece of jewelry is the most expensive process in jewelry manufacturing. Therefore, be aware that custom orders usually cost between 8,000-15,000 SEK in silver.

We love having internship students with us! We find it incredibly fun to teach but also to get new ideas from young, creative people.
We accept internship students as time and tasks allow, and we accept a maximum of two internship students per week.
