Delivery times & orders

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery times vary from piece to piece. This is because some pieces of jewelry have already been created by Lotta, while others have to be created from scratch.

In high season (November, December, May and June) we extend our delivery times. This means that the delivery times below do NOT apply in high season.

We mark the delivery time of each piece of jewelry as FAST or LONGER . This delivery time corresponds to the manufacturing time BEFORE we hand over your package to the post office. After that, the post office takes over the shipping time for your beloved jewelry.

FAST: It takes up to 15 business days for us to deliver your order to the post office. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the post office to deliver your package after that.

LONGER: It takes up to 25-30 business days before we leave your order with the post office. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the post office to deliver your package after that

Delivery times in high season (Nov, Dec, May, June)

In November, December, May and June our production times are longer than usual. This is due to the high pressure on our web orders and the number of visitors to our store.

During peak season, delivery times will therefore change to the following:

FAST: It takes up to 20 business days before we leave your order with the post office. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the post office to deliver your package after that.

LONGER: It takes up to 35 business days for us to deliver your order to the post office. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the post office to deliver your package after that.

You can choose to pick up your order in our store when you place an order on our website. Our store is located at Friggavägen 18 in Lidingö Centrum.

We also have a pop-up in the department.a.mental store in Mall of Scandinavia in Solna. You can also pick up your jewelry there!

Where is my order?

It takes up to 15 (fast) or 30 (slow) working days for Lotta to create your piece of jewelry, followed by the postal service's 3-5 delivery days.

As soon as Lotta is finished with your jewelry, we will send it! Once we have left the package with Postnord, you will be able to track your order using the UJ number in the order confirmation.

Varubrev & REK are trackable via the customer portal, postnord.se and in PostNord's app.

What delivery company do you use?

We use PostNord Varubrev or PostNord Rek to send our packages. From the time we hand over your package to PostNord, it takes about 3-5 working days for PostNord to deliver your package. Track your order in the PostNord app or click on your shipment number in your order confirmation.

I have not received an order confirmation

Sometimes the order confirmation does not always reach the customer and this can be due to various reasons.

One of the most common reasons is that you didn't go back to the website after signing with Bank-ID. So remember to always go back to see if the purchase went through!

Sometimes the order confirmation ends up in your spam folder, so be sure to double check there!

If none of this works, it may be because you misspelled the email address. Email skmken@l8hasselblad with the date and product of your order and we will fix it!

Do you deliver abroad?

WE deliver worldwide!

The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs fees.

If the package is not picked up and sent back to us in Sweden, we will not be responsible for any costs.

Exchanges & Returns

I want to exchange something I bought for something else

The easiest way to make an exchange is to visit our store in Lidingö. The exchange will then take place without any additional fees.

If you are unable to visit our store, you can apply for a return on our website and then order the new piece of jewelry you want.

Please note that a fee of SEK 100 will be charged. This fee covers the return to us, handling costs and administrative costs.

Questions about your jewelry

My earring won't close properly?

Do you have a hoop earring that won't close? This is because silver and gold-plated are soft and adjustable materials, unlike steel, for example.

To make sure the earring clicks shut, gently push up on the "pin" you put through your ear with your finger. The earring MUST click to make it completely closed.

What is Gold Double?

Gold doubles are jewelry made of brass with an 18 carat gold layer on it.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?

All metals contain nickel, some more than others. If you are very allergic to nickel, we recommend buying plastic jewelry.

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, the best silver to wear if you are sensitive to nickel. If you know that you have worn silver jewelry before without problems, ours should also work for you. If you have reacted when wearing silver before, we recommend that you wear plastic.

Is L8H jewelry made of real silver?

All our silver jewelry is made of 925 Sterling Silver. This is the best silver you can create jewelry from.

Why don't my earrings look the same?

Because Lotta creates all jewelry by hand, nothing can be identical. Everything looks different!

If you ordered a piece of jewelry from us before and want another one that is as similar as possible? Email us at smycken@l8hasselblad.se with a picture of the piece of jewelry and your order number immediately after placing your order.

How do I place an order?

1. Place the product you want in the merchandise corner.

2. Go to checkout

3. Fill in contact information

4. Fill in the delivery information

5. Fill in payment information

6. When you have confirmed your purchase in Bank-ID, you must go back to your browser. Otherwise, you will not receive an order confirmation.

7. See your order confirmation in your email inbox. If you can't find it, check your spam!

Can I order custom jewelry from you?

We get a lot of questions about special orders. Of course it is possible, but it costs money. Creating a piece of jewelry is the most expensive process in jewelry manufacturing. Therefore, be aware that special orders usually cost between SEK 8,000-15,000 in silver.

Do you accept pre-school students?

We love having prao students with us! We find it incredibly fun to teach but also to get new ideas from young, creative people.

We accept prao students as much as time and work assignments allow, and we accept a maximum of two prao students per week.

We will be posting a prao form where you can apply to prao with us. Follow us on our social media so you don't miss out when the form opens!
