Delivery times & orders

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery times vary from piece of jewelry to piece of jewelry. This is because some jewelry Lotta has already created, while others Lotta has to create new from scratch.

We mark each jewelry delivery time as FAST or SLOW. This delivery time corresponds to the delivery time BEFORE we hand over your package to the post office. After that, the post office takes over the shipping time for your beloved jewelry.

FAST = up to 7 working days before we ship your order

SLOW = up to 20 working days before we ship your order

Leveranstider i högsäsong (nov, dec, maj, juni)

I november, december, maj och juni är våra leveranstider längre än vanligt. Detta beror på att vi har ett högt tryck på våra webbordrar och på antalet besökare i vår butik.

I högsäsong ändras därför leveranstiderna till följande:

SNABB: Det tar upp till 15 arbetsdagar innan vi lämnar din order till posten. Det tar ungefär 3-5 arbetsdagar för posten att leverera ditt paket efter det.

LÄNGRE: Det tar upp till 30 arbetsdagar innan vi lämnar din order till posten. Det tar ungefär 3-5 arbetsdagar för posten att leverera ditt paket efter det.

Hämta i butik

Du kan välja att hämta din order i vår butik när du lägger en beställning på vår hemsida. Vår butik ligger på Friggavägen 18 i Lidingö Centrum.

Under perioden 13 februari till och med 28 februari kommer vi hålla vår butik på Lidingö stängd eftersom vi kommer att stå på NK Stage i Stockholm. Under denna period kan man endast hämta sina ordrar i våran pop-up butik på NK.

Where is my order?

  • Track your order in PostNord's app.

What delivery company do you use?

We use PostNord Varubrev or PostNord Rek to send our packages. From the time we hand in your package to PostNord, it takes 4 working days for PostNord to deliver your package. Track your order in PostNord's app.

I have not received an order confirmation

Sometimes the order confirmation does not always reach the customer and this can be due to many different reasons.

One of the most common reasons is usually that you did not go back to the website where you made your purchase after you made your payment on, for example, Swish. So remember to always jump back to see if the purchase went through!

Then your order confirmation can also end up in the spam! So it's always good to double check there.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes we do! All countries within the EU and some outside.

Exchanges & Returns

I want to exchange something I bought for something else

It is possible to exchange for a cost of SEK 150. This cost covers the return to us, handling costs, administrative costs and shipping back to you. Make an exchange: Returns & complaints

What is Gold Double?

Gold doubles are jewelry made of brass with an 18 carat gold layer on it.

Is your jewelry nickel-free?

All metals contain nickel, some more than others. If you are very allergic to nickel, we recommend that you buy jewelry made of plastic.

But our silver jewelry usually works for people who are sensitive to nickel, and if you know for yourself that you can wear silver jewelry, there should be no problems.

Varför ser inte mina örhängen likadana ut?

Eftersom Lotta skapar alla smycken för hand kan inget bli identiskt. Allt ser olika ut!

Is it possible to special-order jewelery from you?

We get a lot of questions about special orders. Of course it is possible, but it costs money. Creating a piece of jewelry is the most expensive process in jewelry manufacturing. Therefore, be aware that special orders usually cost between SEK 8,000-15,000 in silver.

Do you accept pre-school students?

We love having pre-school students with us! We think it is incredibly fun to teach but also to get new ideas from young, creative people.

We accept pre-school students as much as we can and accept a maximum of two pre-school students per week.
