The ring is adjustable but there is a smaller & larger version that you can choose from so it can fit the finger as well as possible.

XS/S fits fingers between sizes 15.5 mm to 17.5 mm.
M/L fits fingers between sizes 18mm to 20mm.

How do you take care of me?

You should not dip me in water or sweat as I am made of brass with a thick layer of 18 carat gold on it. What can happen is that the gold layer wears off over time, but I don't dye myself ;)
