These bracelets are made of sterling silver 925. The bracelet is handmade from scratch and signed by Lotta Hasselblad. This allows you to get your exact size It is possible to stamp the bracelet for a personal touch, but we recommend avoiding center placement for best results and durability.
The bracelets can be bought with or without stamps. There are three different thicknesses, narrow, medium, wide.
Slim: 5.5mm wide
Between: 9 mm wide
Wide: 12 mm wide
1. Choose the width of the bracelet.
2. Choose whether you want with or without stamps. If you want to stamp something, you get to choose how many stamps you want. If you want it to say, for example, "Alexander", choose 6-10 stamps.
3. Choose whether the stamps should be on the inside or outside of the bracelet.
4. Then write your circumference on your wrist or describe yourself or the person who will wear the bracelet. Eg "tall thin man".
5. Write what you want to be written on the bracelet. If you selected "no stamps", just write "no stamps".
6. Write specifications. For example, where the text should be on the bracelet, if you want small or large letters and your vision for the bracelet. If you want, you can also send a sketch to smycken@l8hasselblad.se. Important that you then write your order number so we can link the sketch to the order.
If you choose to stamp this product, it is a custom-made product. It is therefore not possible to return!
A nice gift box is included with purchase.
If you stamp something on the bracelet, it becomes custom-made and cannot be returned.
All jewelry is handmade with love by Lotta and therefore ALL jewelry pieces are unique, which means we cannot promise that all copies of an item look exactly the same. If perfection is your thing, we recommend buying from one of our competitors.
Domestic: Do you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry? From the moment you receive your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.* Returns can be made with a return fee of 100 SEK. The return fee covers the shipping, handling, and administrative costs of the return. We always have free returns in-store, but please note that you must have applied for a return on our website before coming to us in the store.
We do not accept returns that have not been registered via the website/return portal.
If you do not pick up your package from the agent and the package is sent back to us, we charge a fee of 150 SEK. This is for shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
PLEASE NOTE! The right of return DOES NOT apply to custom-made jewelry
International: Do you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry? From the moment you receive your order, we offer a 7-day return policy outside Sweden. To make a return outside Sweden, contact smycken@l8hasselblad and title the subject "Return from abroad".
Note: L8Hasselblad does not cover any return costs from abroad and all purchases outside the EU must exceed 3000 SEK. If you make a return and the order is below 3000 SEK, we charge a fee that varies.
Custom made: All jewelry marked as custom-made cannot be returned. Custom-made jewelry refers to jewelry in 18k gold, with diamonds, or orders that include modifications of an original piece.
If you choose to stamp/engrave or add letters/symbols/numbers on a piece of jewelry, no return rights apply. This is because we cannot put the jewelry up for sale on our website. Contact smycken@l8hasselblad.se if you have questions about our return policies for custom-made jewelry. We will respond as soon as we have time!
Exchanges: Have you ordered a piece of jewelry that you want to exchange for another or for a new size? Then apply for a return so that we can refund your money. Then place a new order with your desired jewelry!
Have you ordered a piece of jewelry and WE have sent the wrong product/size? Then we will of course resolve it. Apply for a complaint and we will send you a free shipping label. Fast - Fast manufacturing time means it can take up to 10-15 business days before we ship your order.
Longer - Longer manufacturing time means it can take up to 25-30 business days before we ship your order.
