These earrings are made of sterling silver 925 and gold vermeil (18K on brass).
The earrings are sold individually, so if you want a pair, you need to add two to the cart!!
It is important that you hear the earring click – then it is secure. If it does not click, the post may have bent, which is a safety feature to protect your ear if, for example, you get caught with a hairbrush or scarf. Adjust it by gently pressing the post up until you hear the click!
Fast - Fast production time means it can take up to 10-15 working days before we ship your order.
Longer - Longer production time means it can take up to 25-30 working days before we ship your order.
All jewelry is handmade with love by Lotta and therefore ALL jewelry is unique, this means that we cannot promise that all copies of an item will look exactly the same. If perfection is your thing, we recommend buying from one of our competitors.
Domestic: Do you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry? From the time you receive your order, we offer a 14-day right of return.*Returns can be made for a return fee of SEK 100. The return fee covers the return shipping, handling and administrative costs. We always have free returns in store, but please note that you must have applied for a return on our website before you come to us in store.
We do not accept returns that have not been received via the website/returbo.
If you do not collect your package from the agent and the package is sent back to us, we will charge a fee of SEK 150. This is for shipping, handling and administrative costs.
PLEASE NOTE! The right of return does NOT apply to custom-made jewelry.
International: Do you regret your purchase and want to return your jewelry? From the time you receive your order, we offer a 7-day right of return outside Sweden. To make a return outside Sweden, contact jewelry@l8hasselblad and name the title "Return from abroad".
Please note: L8Hasselblad does not cover any return costs from abroad and all purchases outside the EU must exceed SEK 3000. If you make a return and the order is less than SEK 3000, we will charge a fee that varies.
Custom made: All jewelry marked as custom-made cannot be returned. Custom-made jewelry refers to jewelry in 18k gold, with diamonds or orders that include modifications to an original piece of jewelry.
If you choose to stamp/engrave or put letters/characters/numbers on a piece of jewelry, there is no right of return. This is because we cannot put the jewelry up for sale on our website. Contact smykning@l8hasselblad.se if you have any questions about our return policies for custom-made jewelry. We will respond as soon as we have time!
Exchanges: Have you ordered a piece of jewelry that you want to exchange for another or a new size? Then request a return so that we can refund your money. Then place a new order with your long-awaited piece of jewelry!
Have you ordered a piece of jewelry and WE have sent the wrong product/size? Then we will of course solve it. Then apply for a complaint and we will send you a free shipping label.
